How does the WOS work?
You need an internet connection on the PC of your measuring machine.
You grant our technician access to your PC for a certain time, either as observer or as administrator. You will be able to simultaneously watch everything that is happening on your PC, and can end the connection at any time with a simple mouse click.

What does this service cost?
We view a good and efficient service as our obligation. This service will be provided free of charge as a natural part of our support for our customers within warranty or with valid service contracts.
