The new XOrbit was specifically developed for a quick and uncomplicated use in production and receiving inspection as well as the classic quality assurance. It combines the concentration of essential features with top mechanical engineering in a sound overall concept.
The guide section of the Y axis is directly built into the base plate and guarantees the best service life. A protective bellows cover effectively prevents contamination from penetrating into the Y main guide. The XOrbit has reinforced aerodynamic bearing that guarantee a non-wearing and smooth operation. All guides are of hard stone and therefore provide an identical thermal reaction. Its compact design makes it possible that the control unit as well as the computer can be housed in the operating area.
