New customer hotline

We restructured our telephone hotline, in order to continuously improve our services for our customers and therefore increase the satisfaction of our customers.
Our objective here was the following:

To increase our accessibility and availability

To prevent long waiting periods

To prevent that our customers must talk to a mailbox,
if all of our hotline service staff is busy, without knowing when they will be called back

To connect you immediately or at least more quickly with a competent employee
or to initiate a quick callback by a competent employee

You can access our telephone customer hotline beginning in July 2006 under: 06020 – 201 - 8888

Our new hotline can be reached Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. A competent employee will be available outside of these times under the same call number (forwarding to a mobile telephone) Monday through Friday until 10:00 PM and from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturdays.
We are confident to supplement and complete our customer service spectrum with this action.
