Horizontal roller bearings
The portal machine has selected linear guides in the X and Y axis and a roller bearing in the Z axis that guarantee a smooth operation free of play due to preloading. The Z axis counterbalance is obtained through an adjusted pneumatic cylinder capable to hold the Z ram in any position.
The X and Y axis guide system is protected against contaminants by bellows.
The cast iron base plate is finished according to DIN 876/2, available with optional anti vibration dampers.
